How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, phone Mon-Fri 10am to 4pm. Many referrals come from Harrogate Borough Council.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Application form completed by applicant prior to interview.

Support offered

Housing operations manager, two housing support workers Compulsory action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every month. Staff provide advice and support around general living skills, benefit claims, budgeting, and accessing training and employment opportunities. 3 monthly tenant survey
