How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Self referral, NAS Accommodation, Base 51, HMP Nottingham, Framework Housing Association, Housing Aid amongst others.
Referral procedure
Application form completed on paper or online at www.ymcarobinhood.org - support can be provided to help complete if self referral.
Risk assessment (if being completed by another referring agency). Interview and assessment completed once applicant has met all eligibility criteria.

Support offered
Full time staff, 24/7. Staff provide support around to help sustain tenancies and achieve independent living. This includes, basic living skills, support on benefits and managing money, employment and training, refugee support and referrals to other specialist agencies. Residents have access to onsite social workers and floating support workers where they are eligible to receive this support.
