Priority to single homeless people aged 18-40 who are in receipt of benefits or working. No local connection needed. Can accept some ex-offenders.

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals or referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

We operate a 24 hr service. The Housing application form is downloadable from our website. Application form completed by prospective resident or referrer. Applicant required to bring 1 proof of ID and proof of income to the interview. Police checks are carried out for all applicants who are interviewed. Approximate time of application is about 6 weeks from application to being offered accommodation.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

6 full time staff available 8am-10pm, night security staff. All residents offered personal support and advice on benefits, life skills, move-on options and a programme of group work. Unemployed residents encouraged to work through a personal action plan to help them find employment and/or training. Support and courses provided from a number of agencies.
