Single Homeless young people aged 16-22, with a range of support needs, including alcohol, drug and mental health issues. Priority is given to those with a local connection or care leaver.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals must go via Southampton City Council, Homelessness Department

Referral procedure

We unfortunately do not take direct referrals. Referral applications can be made via Southampton City Council or No Limits. This is discussed at a housing panel, then an interview/ assessment. Require references and information including risk assessments from other agencies where appropriate.

Support offered

Staff available 24/7. Keywork system (12 residents per worker), meetings as required. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed at least monthly. Staff offer advice and help with living skills, benefits and social engagement. Support around employment and training, drug and alcohol abuse, healthy lifestyles.
