How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Many referrals come from YOT, Social Services, prison, Connexions, council. Goes through South End Access Point
Referral procedure
Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. Applicants must complete Access Point Referral form which will be considered before offering interview. Applicants must meet local area connection criteria as detailed on our webpage: https://www.southendymca.org.uk/newlands-supported-accommodation

Support and accommodation
Support offered
2 full time and 3 part time members of staff, emergency on-call system. Security staff on duty nights Mon-Fri and weekends. Keywork system with meetings as required. Action plans. Provide advice on employment and training, counselling and practical help.
