How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from LB Ealing Social Services, Ealing council SST and cross borough for 11 bed spaces sport purchases.
Referral procedure
Phone or fax Mon-Fri 9am-4pm or write. Interview. Require risk assessment, proof of ID, eg passport, driving licence or birth certificate, and income.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
3 full time and 2 part time staff, available 9am-10pm Mon-Fri and 8am-10pm Sat-Sun, emergency on-call system in place. Compulsory support plan and keyworking sessions at least monthly to assess and review needs and provide support for benefits claims, health, budgeting and finance management, independent living skills, motivation, managing relationship, substance misuse, health, offending, life skills, job search and training sessions. Referrals made to other support agencies as necessary.
