Single homeless people aged 16-35 with support needs, including care leavers and single teenage parents. Must have local connection to LB Ealing.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals via LB Ealing and Social Services.

Referral procedure

Named agency referrals only. Phone or write Mon-Fri 9am-4pm. Application form completed by LB Ealing. Require proof of ID. Require background information such as psychiatric reports if applicable.

Support offered

5 full time and 5 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system, with 12 residents per key worker and monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Offer support around independent living skills, budgeting and finding employment, training and education opportunities.
