How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from LB Hillingdon's Housing department. Social Services and the Temporary Accommodation Team. Most referrals made by Homeless Persons Department at Civic Centre, Uxbridge.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Application form completed by referral agency. Interview. Require as much background information as possible eg social work, medical and psychiatric reports. Criminal Reports. Require proof of ID.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
12 full time and 4 part time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (17-20 residents per key worker), with monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly, cover life skills, budgeting and training. Staff provide advice on benefits and support with emotional issues.
