Contact Access and Ressettlement Team and advise that a referral needs to be made.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Young people will be allocated a support worker who will work with them to go through the life skills programme to make sure that they are ready to live independently. The number of support sessions a week depends on the individual needs of the young person. Sessions cover Budgeting Skills, managing a tenancy, room checks, Sorting out benefits, food shopping, cooking sessions, paying rent etc.
