Who do we help?

Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Including Parent and Baby; Single Adults in need of supported accommodation; Unaccompanied asylum seeking children; Care leavers; and Students. Local connection required.

Who we cannot help

Unmanaged addictions. Schedule 1 or sex offence.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self-referrals and referrals through the HRS Portal.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in daily 24 hours. Application form and interview.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

All residents have access to a support worker. Staff available onsite 24/7 waking cover. support worker allocated to each resident to work through a life skills program in order to ensure that all residents have the skills and confidence to be successful in their next steps towards independency including help with employment and training, living skills and benefit claims.
