How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Referrals can only be made through Social Services and the local borough Council, we are no longer able to accept self-referrals
Referral procedure
Interviews take place on Monday & Tuesdays only, applicants must bring proof of ID and proof of NINO, we will seek references. Under 18s must be CiC and owed a statutory duty.

Support offered
Ofsted registered service which runs a Young Futures programme for those in under 18s accommodation, focusing on welfare rights, benefits, life skills, finance, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, health issues, employment and education. A full housing sustainment and tenancy management support is available in all our other units, with signposting to external agencies for specialist support. The building is covered 24/7 by a fully trained staff team, plus a night and weekend concierge.
