How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 8am-10.30am for application form, completed by applicant and referral agency before interview. Require proof of ID.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Approx 40 full time staff, plus volunteers, 24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (7-9 residents per worker), keywork meetings at least fortnightly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed as required. Staff provide different levels of support according to individual need around personal and life skills development, training for employment, and substance abuse.
