Decisions regarding which clients cannot be accepted are made on an individual basis – we would consider their risk assessment and compatibility with other clients already accommodated

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Referral via local authority homeless prevention panels, children’s services, NHS, other professional agencies and self-referral. Interview with young person and supporting adult if requested by young person. Full risk assessment and all relevant background information is required.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Day and night support staff available in varying formats depending on project and level of need. Overnight sleep-in cover in high-need projects. Keywork system with weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed on a regular basis. On-call member of staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

One property is a shared house and residents have their own bedroom and en-suite bathroom with access to shared communal living areas and other facilities. Other property provides individual flats and bedsits.
