Who do we help?
Young people aged between 16-25 who have been identified as being at risk of homelessness and in need of supported accommodation.
Who we cannot help
Decisions regarding which clients cannot be accepted are made on an individual basis – we would consider their risk assessment and compatibility with other clients already accommodated

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Referral via local authority homeless prevention panels, children’s services, NHS, other professional agencies and self-referral. Interview with young person and supporting adult if requested by young person. Full risk assessment and all relevant background information is required.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Day and night support staff available in varying formats depending on project and level of need. Overnight sleep-in cover in high-need projects. Key-work system with weekly key-work meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes reviewed regularly. On-call member of staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our bed spaces are spread across 3 different properties. Residents have their own bedroom with access to shared communal living areas, garden and other facilities .
