How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Referral via local authority homeless prevention panels, children’s services, NHS, other professional agencies and self-referral. Interview with young person and supporting adult if requested by young person. Full risk assessment and all relevant background information is required.

Support offered
Day and night support staff available in varying formats depending on project and level of need. Overnight sleep-in cover in high-need projects. Keywork system with weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed every 3 months. On-call member of staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
