Referral procedure

Phone or call in for more info on service Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, or email. Referrals all referrals are through Springboard Supported Housing Partnership. Assessments completed across Wigan and Leigh for whole Springboard Partnership and discussed at Accommodation Panel.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

11 full time staff, 24 hour waking cover. Compulsory keywork system (8 residents per key worker), fortnightly meetings. Support plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide advice and support with life skills, employment, training and education and move-on.
