Homeless Link developed this guidance in partnership with the Local Government Association between autumn 2019 and spring 2020, prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. It aims to help voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations (VCSE), including faith-based organisations, to develop effective joint working at a strategic level.
While it may also be useful for local authorities (LAs), they may want to share this guidance with the voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations they work with.
