Homeless Link's Young and Homeless 2021 Research has been cited in a new publication by Just for Kids Law together with New Horizon Youth Centre and Youth Legal, which has been reported today in Children and Young People Now. The report calls for measures that could be brought in that would tackle the problem of homelessness among care leavers.
The new report: Hitting brick walls: barriers faced by homeless care leavers, calls for changes including assessments for vulnerability - referred to as ‘priority need’ - extended for care leavers up to the age of 25.
