To mark World Homeless Day, Homeless Link is bringing the voices of frontline homelessness services to Parliament. Homeless Link members can use our quick template letter to ask your local MPs to attend.
The Prime Minister has pledged to “end rough sleeping” and deliver a “national housing first philosophy.” In our drop-in session, we’ll share what Homeless Link members have told us needs to change to turn those ambitions into actions.
Ask your local MP to drop in and see us between 1:15 – 3:00pm on Monday 12 October in Room Q Portcullis House. Our template letter has all the details your MP will need to join us. You can find local MPs email addresses here.
At the session, MPs can speak to our policy experts and explore an exhibition of quotes from frontline homelessness services about the change they need to see.
To contribute a quote, please complete our short form.
Please note: World Homeless Day itself is on 10 October, but as this falls on a weekend when Parliament does not sit our event will take place on 12 October.
