Accessing private rented accommodation can be a challenge for everyone, and these challenges are heightened for people experiencing homelessness. With individuals often not having the funds for a deposit, or someone to act as a guarantor, finding a home to rent can be impossible. For those who manage to get accommodation, maintaining this can also be challenging, and without appropriate support, tenancies can fail.
