We're delighted to welcome Curo as a new member of Homeless Link!

Curo is one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of affordable and market-rented homes. We spoke to Curo to find out a bit more about what they do:

"Our purpose is Homes for good: we create profit for purpose, reinvesting the surpluses from our commercial house-building business into our core social purpose.

We own and manage more than 14,000 properties, providing homes for 25,000 residents. We build hundreds of new homes every year for rent and sale.

We offer award-winning support services to a wide range of residents, including homeless young people and families, older and disabled people, and those affected by mental health issues or memory loss.

We provide emergency temporary accommodation for homeless individuals and families. We also offer supported housing and assist people facing a variety of challenges in securing and maintaining a permanent tenancy, helping them to avoid re-entering the system.

Our Dartmouth project in Bath accommodates 23 households, alongside additional flats throughout the area. In Weston-super-Mare, we provide housing for 31 homeless people.

We also provide housing, support and training to some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25, including care leavers, with varying levels of support needs."
