Unity Supported Housing CIC is a community-interest organisation established to provide safe, stable, and empowering supported accommodation for adult women experiencing multiple disadvantages. This includes women who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, fleeing difficult circumstances, or facing complex social, emotional, or economic challenges.
They provide short- to medium-term accommodation where residents receive support, guidance, and practical assistance to transition from crisis or instability into safe, independent living. They also offer personalised, structured support planning, safeguarding, and ongoing monitoring in line with national standards and local expectations.
Unity Supported Housing CIC’s ethos is rooted in dignity, respect, and empowerment. The organisation believes that every woman deserves secure housing, compassionate support, and opportunities to rebuild her life free from judgment and harm. Its service operates from a trauma-informed, person-centred, and strengths-based approach, ensuring that each resident is supported to identify her goals, develop essential life skills, and progress towards independence.
