Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools are increasingly being used within the homelessness sector.
Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini, and AI-driven case management systems are reducing the burden of administrative tasks for staff, allowing workers to spend more time on direct support to people experiencing homelessness.
In this episode of the Going Beyond Podcast, we speak to Seb Barker, Co-Founder and COO of Beam, and Neal McArdle, Head of Learning and Training Services at Providence Row Charity. We speak about Beam’s Magic Notes tool for social workers, and discuss how Providence Row are implementing the use of AI tools for all staff, to reduce burnout, and work more efficiently.
