Sarah brings extensive frontline and management experience from across the homelessness sector, including outreach, high-needs hostels and Housing First services. She specialises in service development, practice improvement and embedding trauma-informed approaches at every level of an organisation.

Lili is an applied social researcher with over a decade of experience delivering research, evaluation and strategy projects for public sector bodies across housing, public health and place-based policy. At Homeless Link, she specialises in mixed-methods research and evaluation that supports learning, improvement and better decision-making.

Sian Morris

Sian specialises in quantitative research, needs assessments and impact analysis, working closely with local authorities and homelessness organisations to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight. Their work includes supported housing needs and supply assessments, impact assessments and cost-benefit analysis.
