What is mentoring?

Mentoring enables you to learn from an experienced person in the homelessness sector. You'll be matched with a mentor to discuss challenges, ask questions, and work towards personal and organisational goals, benefiting from their skills and expertise.

“[My mentor] was awesome. Great approach and style. Offered apposite suggestions and resources, and tips were super helpful.”
Paul Morrish, Chief Executive, LandAid

How it works

Your mentoring will be structured around six sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. The frequency of the meetings can be flexibly arranged to suit your schedule and can take place online or face-to-face to suit your needs.

It is important that you are able to build a trusting relationship with your mentor that allows for open conversations. If you aren't happy after the first session, you will be able to cancel with just the one session owing and no further commitment required from you.

For six sessions of 45 minutes, the prices are:

Leadership mentoring: £750+VAT (available to members only)
