Reach your career goals
Our coaches will help you understand what you want from your work life, the skills you need and how you can develop. A career coach can support you in making these initial steps, setting you on your way to a more fulfilling future.
Whether you’re looking to establish professional goals and feel more fulfilled in your current job, or need support in making a career change, our coaches will offer a tailored approach to help you achieve your goals.
A coach will never tell you what to do, but they can give you the time and space to talk about how you’re feeling, help you identify your career goals and support you through decision-making.
A career coach puts you in the driving seat, offering support and guidance while ultimately allowing you to take the wheel in your career.
How it works
Your coaching will be structured around six sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. The frequency of the meetings can be flexibly arranged to suit your schedule and can take place online or face-to-face to suit your needs.
It is important that you are able to build a trusting relationship with your coach that allows for open conversations. If you aren't happy after the first session then you will be able to cancel with just the one session owing and no further commitment required from you.
For six sessions of 45 minutes, the prices are:
