Boost your self-esteem

Our coaches are equipped with the tools and techniques to help you develop your self-belief and confidence.

Confidence coaching aims to help you raise your self-esteem and create a positive outlook on life, starting from within.

Confidence coaching will help you:

  • Challenge any limiting beliefs that you have about yourself
  • Boost your self-esteem
  • Build a strong self-image

At your first session, the Coach will help you identify your current level of self-esteem, so you have a base to build upon.

Through the course of the sessions, you’ll gradually increase your self-worth and confidence over time until these traits become deeply ingrained.

How it works

Your coaching will be structured around six sessions, each lasting 45 minutes. The frequency of the meetings can be flexibly arranged to suit your schedule and can take place online or face-to-face to suit your needs.

It is important that you are able to build a trusting relationship with your coach that allows for open conversations. If you aren't happy after the first session then you will be able to cancel with just the one session owing and no further commitment required from you.

For six sessions of 45 minutes, the prices are:

Members

  • >£500,000 turnover: £680+VAT
  • <£500,000 turnover: £575+VAT

Non-members

  • £885+VAT
The coach was incredible...I am now much more able to 'ground' myself and not be so stressed by other people's trauma.
