Tailored coaching for leaders

Our leadership coaching service is suitable for leaders with all levels of experience working in the homelessness sector.

Tailored to your requirements, our coaches can support you to work through a wide range of issues such as:

  • Leadership style and values
  • Understanding your strengths and blind spots
  • Self-belief and self-awareness
  • Focus and avoiding putting things off
  • Managing difficult relationships and conflict resolution
  • Career development and achieving success

All sessions are with a qualified, experienced leadership coach. It is important that you are able to build a trusting relationship with your coach that allows for open conversations.

If after the first session, if you feel for any reason that the coach you've been matched with isn't the right fit, you will only be expected to pay for the first session.

Tanya is a warm, considerate and thoughtful coach...As a CEO, I particularly appreciated her capacity to both empathise and to challenge when necessary.
Rachael Williams, CEO of Streetwise Opera
