You've come from the skills framework. Here are some learning and development recommendations to build on your understanding of welfare benefits.

An understanding of the financial assistance and support systems provided by Government Agencies or other grant funded organisations. Apply knowledge to support individuals facing homelessness to access crucial financial support.

Team Training

Our team training is delivered live online or in-person by an expert Trainer. You'll be given the opportunity to build on your understanding of welfare benefits with your peers in an interactive and safe space.

    Universal Credit and supported accommodation

    This course will explore the key rules for Universal Credit and Housing Benefit and the need to claim housing benefit to cover rent for people living in supported accommodation. The session will also consider how to claim both benefits and the role of support workers in helping to claim these benefits and resolve difficulties that might be encountered with either.
