For frontline staff and managers involved in the housing management process in all forms of supported housing.

- How to identify people at risk of losing or abandoning their accommodation
- How to implement a range of appropriate actions in response to the risk of eviction or abandonment
- How to use housing management processes to support positive outcomes
- The role of staff teams in preventing evictions and abandonment.

Bookings for larger groups
This course is also available to be booked for staff teams of up to 20 people, to be delivered online "in-house" in live interactive sessions on dates to suit your organisation. This course can booked to be delivered in-person (subject to government advice).
