This one-day course explores common issues relating to tenancies and licences.
Who is this course for?
It is designed for frontline workers who are responsible for the day to day enforcement of agreements, for support staff who work with people who have tenancies and licence agreements and managers requiring a strategic overview.

- The properties of tenancies and licences.
- Sham agreements.
- Anti-social behaviour policies.
- Housing related support and good practice.
- Grounds for possession.
- How the possession process works.
- Surrendering tenancies and rights around tenants’ belongings.
- Updates to tenancy laws brought about by the Renters Rights Act.

9.30am-4.00pm
Sessions are not recorded. Slides will be sent electronically.

Member rate: £145 per person + booking fees
Non-Member rate: £185 per person + booking fees

Additional member discount for multiple bookings

Bookings for larger groups
