Those who are 18 and over who are experiencing homelessness or otherwise socially excluded through poverty, poor mental health, substance abuse, unemployment and offending behaviour.

Centre/outreach services - Adults (18+) who are homeless or vulnerably housed. Housing services - People at risk of homelessness with medium - low support needs.

People sleeping rough, homeless or at risk of homelessness and those struggling with addiction.

Homeless , those in temporary accommodation and in hostels. Issues range from Mental Ill health, substance misuse, learning difficulties and various other health concerns

Those in South Lakeland District who are homeless, vulnerably housed, lonely or needing help in any way at the fringes of society.

Verified street homeless and those at immediate risk of rough sleeping. Must have a local connection with Newham. Guests referred by Newham Outreach Teams, Low support needs, No alcohol and drug dependencies, Couples yes.

Homeless people, including rough sleepers, recent homeless & those at risk of becoming so.

We work with adults who are, have been or are danger of becoming homeless. Our aim is to offer whatever support people need to get to a stable and rewarding lifestyle so we continue to work with people well into their journey into paid employment.

People 16years and above. Anyone who needs help to improve their life chances. Anyone experiencing poverty, homelessness, unemployment, life events that are impacting their ability to move forward positively. People who need to understand all the options available to them so they can make the right choices for their and their families lives. Those looking for positive solutions, options to change, help to make changes etc.
