Single homeless women 18+. Local connection required. Applications from women who would pose a serious risk to the safety and welfare of other tenants and staff will be refused. Women on release from a custodial environment, or subject to a Court Order, will be considered, subject to risk and needs assessment. Applicants who have a recent history of significant substance misuse (Class A drugs/alcoholism) must be participating in a programme of rehabilitation

Crisis night shelter for the LGBTQI+ community who feel endangered, who are homeless or 'hidden' homeless and feel they are on the outside of services due to historical and present prejudice in society and their homes. Please note - due to being in a COVID safe hotel, cannot currently accept referrals for people with dogs, but this may change within the year.

Individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness who are in employment. St Ann's provides a short-term opportunity for supported accommodation in a safe place, giving capacity to save the necessary finances to support move on into PRS accommodation.

7 bed spaces for single homeless people aged 18-35 (Referrals are accepted from Waverley Borough Council only for these spaces) and 7 bed spaces for young people aged 18 - 25, referrals accepted from any Surrey County Council Children's/young Peoples services Inc. Children's services Placements and Care Leavers teams, Youth Support Service and Surrey Local housing departments.
