Commitment to Change is Homeless Link's Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. It was adopted in 2021 following the adoption of our new organisational strategy and in recognition of the work we need to do in this area. It outlines 5 major objectives and workstreams which are:-
- Promoting EDI in our governance
- Promoting EDI in our team
- Promoting EDI amongst our Members
- Promoting EDI amongst people who are homeless
- Promoting EDI in wider society and politics
