This course will give delegates the knowledge and understanding to develop their keyworking approaches, with a focus on motivation, engagement and creative problem-solving. It will help delegates to respond creatively to non-engagement and ambivalence about change, using different strategies to achieve a person-centred and strengths-based approach to keyworking.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for frontline staff in the homelessness and supported housing sector, catering to both those new to the role and individuals seeking to refresh their keyworking skills.

Through this course, your team will:

  • Enhance their keyworking approach to increase motivation and greater engagement among clients
  • Use a range of tools and methodologies in their keyworking practices, tailored to individual client needs and circumstances
  • Implement a structured and creative problem-solving framework to address challenges effectively
  • Engage in reflective practices to identify personal strengths and areas for growth, culminating in the development of personalised action plans to put learning into practice.

How will it be delivered?

This one-day course can be booked for a team of up to 16 for in-person training or up to 20 for online training.
