A four-part training programme that aims to inspire and equip staff in the homelessness and supported housing sector with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools for managing their own wellbeing and how they can contribute to a workplace culture of good wellbeing practice.
Who is this programmme for?
- Frontline workers who wish to develop their own resilience and methods of managing their wellbeing.
- Managers who wish to improve their own resilience and wellbeing, leading by example to support a culture of positive wellbeing practice within their organisation.
What will you learn?
This wellbeing programme will enable delegates to:
- Identify and explore key areas and goals for developing their wellbeing and resilience
- Explore the impact of stress and secondary trauma
- Learn techniques for counteracting the negative impact of stress and secondary trauma
- Explore psychology around managing priorities and boundaries
- Look at practical methods of effectively managing priorities and boundaries
- Begin to implement the learning and reflect on their wellbeing journey
How will it be delivered?
This four-day course can be booked for a team of up to 16 for in-person training or up to 20 for online training.
If you need something different, we can tailor the course delivery to suit you, with some potential adjustments in cost.
Session 1: Cohort onboarding - An introduction to the wellbeing learning programme
Session 2: Stress, Vicarious Trauma and managing wellbeing
Session 3: Balancing priorities and boundaries for better wellbeing
Session 4: Group coaching and reflections
How much will it cost?
Non-members: £4,680
Members: £3,370
Please note, if you're opting for in-person training, the expenses of the trainer (e.g. travel to your location) will be added to your invoice.
