Build on your knowledge, skills and confidence on Section 21 to enable you to prepare and present information in county court proceedings for possession of assured shorthold tenancy (AST).
Who is this course for?
Frontline supported housing staff and managers who are responsible for taking tenancy possession action. It is advisable that participants have a good knowledge of tenure issues.

- How to prepare court documentation in line with Civil Procedure Rules
- Skills in preparing and presenting cases in court
- Potential court outcomes
- Post-hearing actions
- Best practices for managing possessions
