Homeless England

Young people aged 16 and 17 who are in housing crisis and have complex needs. Must have a 1 year local connection to LB Brent.

Care leavers up to the age of 25, if social services continue to support. 16/17 year old child in need, child in care, and unaccompanied asylum-seekers.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with medium support needs. Priority to those with a local connection to LB Brent.

Single people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. Local connection required.

Single homeless people. Also some units for single parents/families. No local connection required.

Single men and women aged between 16 - 65 who are homeless or about to become homeless. No local connection required.

Homeless veterans. Ex-forces and families. Spouse and children accepted for independent family property.

Homeless older men with a range of support needs including: health, mobility, alcohol, mental health and care needs who require on site support to stabilise, engage with treatment services then move on via our housing pathway. 54 higher support bed spaces and 35 lower support self-catered bed spaces. Some flexibility around age criteria for individuals with health needs more aligned with the older cohort.

Young single homeless men aged 16-25 with support needs. Must have a local connection to Cornwall.

Mothers and babies (under the age of 18 months at referral). Single women 22+.

Single homeless men aged 22+. No local connection required.

Single people or couples who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with complex, multiple and high-level support needs. Must have a local connection. Pets are not permitted.
