Single adults who have experience of, or are at risk of, homelessness. A local connection is required, however there are certain exemptions for people fleeing abuse. Operate a drug and alcohol tolerant policy across most of our properties and also have a dry unit so can be flexible to any additional needs. Can accept people with dogs.

Single homeless people with support needs, people with mental health issues, ex-offenders and other vulnerable adults.

The Nova project is a specialist service for women, established in 2021 by Reading Borough Council, in response to an identified need. It provides a home for 10 multiply disadvantaged women in a gender and trauma-informed supported environment. The home is a safe space for female residents to help them begin to recover from the experience of homelessness and to help them rebuild their lives until they are ready to move on. As women experience homelessness differently from men ? affected by violence, abuse and sexual harassment ? there is a need for specialised, individual, gender-informed support to work through severe traumas such as domestic abuse which Launchpad staff will provide alongside partner agencies.

Young homeless people aged 16 - 24.

Off the street accommodation for individuals found rough sleeping in LBTH. Bed spaces for individuals with a Tower Hamlets local connection and limited spaces for individuals with NRPF or uncertain entitlements. Onsite support is provided by St Mungo's.

Single homeless people, including those with mental health problems, learning difficulties and dependency problems. Accept ex-offenders and those on bail conditions. Must have a local connection to Peterborough.

Intensive support project is for rough sleepers referred specifically by the local authority. Those deemed as too high need for other providers. Those who are hard to house due to previous housing issues. Pets are not generally allowed

Young single homeless or vulnerably housed people aged 16-21 including teenage parents. Accept couples with individual support needs. May accommodate non-dependent partners in dispersed accommodation. No local connection required. Pets not allowed.

Young single homeless people aged 18-35, including ex-offenders, refugees and young people leaving care. Must have a connection to LB Haringey for at least 6 out of previous 12 months.

Vulnerable women with or without children, with support needs. Priority given to those with a local connection to Middlesbrough. Can accept people with dogs.
