Women 18 – 65 who are homeless and have medium to high support needs . All referrals from Tower Hamlets Pathways Team. Service is NOT CQC registered

We work exclusively with homeless men and women who have served at least one day in the British Military. Can accept people with dogs, maximum of 2 dogs at any one time.

Supported accommodation spaces funded by LBN to deliver support to single adults with low / medium support needs.

All spaces are funded by LBN to deliver support to 18-25 homeless young people with low support needs.

Young single homeless people aged 16-17 with additional support needs. Must have a local connection to LB Hillingdon except in exceptional circumstances. This hostel only accepts referrals from Hillingdon Social Services.

Homeless people aged over 18 who have a range of support needs such as mental health, alcohol and substance use.

Single homeless people with support needs around mental health, including those with dual diagnosis of mental health and drug/alcohol problems. Priority to those with Wandsworth connection.
