Single people sleeping rough, or with a recent history of sleeping out, who have mental health problems (though not necessarily a clinical diagnosis). Priority given to people with a local connection to Southwark. Target 20% women

Single homeless aged 18+

Single homeless women.

Passage House is a 28-day stay assessment and resettlement service. Single homeless people who are sleeping rough in Westminster but do not have a local connection to the City of Westminster. Couples considered on the basis they are accommodated in separate rooms. Will consider dogs on a case by case basis.

Single homeless men/women aged 18-N/A with support needs. Can accept clients with mental health needs, ex-offenders and substance misusers. Access via Hillingdon Council

Verified rough sleeper hostel: Accessed directly by outreach services and Hillingdon Council

Single women aged 16-35, including those in the early stages of pregnancy, who are deemed vulnerable or at risk of becoming homeless. Will accept referrals without local connection.

Single homeless or insecurely housed people, including those with multiple and complex needs (e.g. ex-offenders, people with drug, alcohol and mental health problems). Priority given to those with a local connection to Sussex area. People of all ages above 18.

Single homeless men with support needs who are serious about breaking their alcohol, drug, smoking, gambling and compulsive behaviour dependencies. No local connection required.

Ex-servicemen and women who have served in HM Armed Forces who are homeless, facing homelessness or in crisis. No local connection required.
