Long term enduring mental health & complex needs

Single people with support needs, eg homeless people, people with mental health or substance misuse problems, care leavers, rough sleepers, young people at risk. Some projects accept people with both mental health and alcohol/drug problems. Applicants must have a local connection to the London borough where their referral agency is based.

Adults with mental health problems.

18+ Male and Female. Learning disabilities and mental health with history of behaviours that challenge.

Hampton road is a supported housing project for eight adults with high mental health needs.

Single people with support needs, eg homeless people, people with mental health or substance misuse problems, care leavers, rough sleepers, young people at risk. 18-65 adults with mental health support needs. 3 houses with 24 hour support. 6 houses with outreach support.

Socially excluded people with complex needs.

Single homeless people, including those with mental health problems, learning difficulties and dependency problems. Accept ex-offenders and those on bail conditions. Must have a local connection to Peterborough.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs. Applicants must be committed to developing their training, education and employment opportunities. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Huntingdonshire.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Local connection required to be re housed.

Single homeless men.
