Ex offender or those at risk of offending.

Single homeless male ex-offenders with low to medium support needs. Must have a local connection and be referred via Westminster Probation.

Homeless single adults aged 18+. Low support needs.

Anyone that is homeless or threatened with homelessness will receive housing advice and assistance.

Young homeless people aged 16-25, including young mothers and babies, young pregnant women aged 16-25, ex-offenders and people with histories of alcohol and substance abuse. Priority given to people with a Newark and Sherwood connection.

Homeless people with a history of rough sleeping and substance misuse issues. Priority to people with a local connection.

Single homeless people. Must be entitled to Housing Benefit. New Hope House is a dry house aimed at supporting people in recovery – accept referrals regardless of whether people have had a history of drug or alcohol use, but ask everyone in the service to be abstinent at all times. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Watford, Three Rivers or Hertsmere.

Emergency Accommodation available for single adult homeless with a local connection to Watford. We have capacity for two NRPF beds. No provision for pets.

Young single homeless or vulnerably housed people aged 16-21 including teenage parents. Accept couples with individual support needs. May accommodate non-dependent partners in dispersed accommodation. No local connection required. Pets not allowed.

Single homeless people with support needs including those with mental health, alcohol issues, refugees and ex-offenders. Local connection required. May accept pets dependent upon the property. Can accept people with dogs.

Young single homeless people aged 18-35 with support needs. Local connection required. Can accept people with dogs.
