Homeless England

The Services on offer is for single homeless men/womenwith a local connection to Southwark , from social service referral or background, or Homeless Young People who have been assessed by Southwark as needing our support. Their aged is between 16-25 and in receipt of state benefit or funded via children services.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with a Croydon connection with low/medium/high support needs.

Single homeless people with support needs, including substance misuse, mental health issues, offending behaviour and rough sleeping. Must have a local connection to LB Camden. Can accept people with dogs.

Young single people aged 16-25 with low-high support needs who are homeless, care leavers, inadequately housed or at risk. Must have local connection to LB Tower Hamlets.

Single homeless people aged 16-21 with a range of support needs, who have been identified as statutory homeless by LB Islington. Must have a local connection to LB Islington.

Young single homeless people with support needs aged 18-30. Priority given to applicants with a local connection.

Single homeless people aged over 18, including those with mild learning difficulties, some physical disabilities, those recovering from drug/alcohol dependency (with support from other agency), and ex-offenders. Must have a Hertfordshire connection or confirmation that is able to remain on other local housing register, or be willing to take up PRS accommodation.
