Single homeless men who are ready for employment. Also have 3 rooms for families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, women with children and women escaping domestic violence. Priority to applicants with a local connection to LB Newham.

Single homeless men who are moving on from first stage hostel accommodation, mainly from the East London area. Must be willing to pursue employment and/or training opportunities. Priority given to those with a local connection.

Single homeless people with drug or alcohol related problems with low support needs who are committed to becoming drug free and sober. Priority to those with a local connection.

Young People aged 16 -18 or until 25 if care leavers. Male, female or non binary

Single women at risk aged 18 to 59 who are at risk of homelessness with support needs. Low level support, primarily housing related, is provided as well a peaceful and stable environment. No drugs or alcohol are permitted in the building.

Single homeless men aged 21 and above with medium to high support needs . Must have a local connection to LB Southwark.

Single homeless people with support needs. Priority given to those with a local connection specifically to Mole Valley, but must have a local connection to Surrey. Accommodation for one established couple.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with low to medium support needs. No local connection required. 2 spaces allocated to young people with a history of offending behaviour.

Single young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness - particularly those with hidden disabilities. Must have a local connection.

Young people including parents, aged 16-25 with tenancy sustainment support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Priority given to people with a local connection and nominations referred via the local authority.
