Young single people aged 16-17 and care leavers up to the age of 21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who need support to live independently. Also house young parents. Local connection preferred, agreement for out of area placements has to be agreed by Children's Services commissioning.

Ex offender or those at risk of offending.

Anyone that is homeless or threatened with homelessness will receive housing advice and assistance.

Young single homeless people aged 16-24 with low to medium support needs. Priority may be given to applicants with a local connection to West Suffolk/East Cambridgeshire district, but this is not exclusive.

Young single homeless people aged 16-18 with support needs. Applicants must have a local connection to Blackburn with Darwen.

People aged 16+, who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Emergency host accommodation from 1 night to 6 weeks for young people aged 16-25yrs who are at risk of homelessness or who are experiencing homelessness. Offer a bespoke, full wrap around mental health service for people aged 8+ comprised of counselling, anger management, mediation, family therapy and group therapy.

Young single homeless people aged 16-21. No local connection required.

Adults with a local connection. Intensive housing management service for adults 18-25 years old.

The Services on offer is for single homeless men/womenwith a local connection to Southwark , from social service referral or background, or Homeless Young People who have been assessed by Southwark as needing our support. Their aged is between 16-25 and in receipt of state benefit or funded via children services.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with a Croydon connection with low/medium/high support needs.

Single homeless people aged 16-21 with a range of support needs, who have been identified as statutory homeless by LB Islington. Must have a local connection to LB Islington.

Young single homeless people with support needs aged 18-30. Priority given to applicants with a local connection.
