Single homeless people coming through the Rough Sleepers initiative programme.

Single people who are homeless or unsuitably housed who have support needs. No local connection required but preferred.

Single homeless people, homeless couples and homeless families with a range of support and sustaining accommodation development needs. No local connection required. No pets.

16-25 years old, housing related support needs, substance misuse, care leavers, mental health, autistic spectrum, learning difficulties, young offenders, probation, young single homeless. Vulnerable to exploitation. Client to agree to and sign a support agreement. Priority to applicants with local connection.

Single homeless people with support needs, including ex-offenders, and people with substance misuse and mental health problems. All referrals come through Wiltshire Council.
