Homeless England

Homeless families - 2 x adults & 2 x children or 1 adult & 3 children - maximum (due to accommodation size).

Adults and Couples long term support.

Young single homeless people aged 18-25 with low to medium support needs. Must have a local connection to the Birmingham area, and a commitment towards engaging in employment, education, training and/or volunteering, and engaging with our support service.

Single homeless men aged 25+ with low support needs, particularly those who have been sleeping rough and have no recourse to public funds. No local connection required.

Young homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs, Must be committed to programme of training, education and independent living. Local connection to Blackburn with Darwen preferred.

Single homeless generic service. Local connection required. Anyone 18 +

Single adults, 18+ Ex-offenders Drug, alcohol and mental health problems. Pets not included.

16/17 year olds, up to 21 LACT and 10% up to age 24 with additional needs.

Young single homeless people aged 16-25 who have been referred by Nottingham City Council Gateway. Must have local connection to Nottingham City. Accommodation available in 24 hour CORE support shared hostels and semi-independent flats across the city.

Young single people aged 16-17 and care leavers up to the age of 21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who need support to live independently. Also house young parents. Local connection preferred, agreement for out of area placements has to be agreed by Children's Services commissioning.

Ex offender or those at risk of offending.

Anyone that is homeless or threatened with homelessness will receive housing advice and assistance.
