Young single homeless people aged 16-25. Priority given to applicants with a local connection.

Single homeless people with low to medium support needs and abstinent from drugs & alcohol. All applicants must have a local connection to the City of Westminster.

Young single people aged 18-30 who are in housing need and have no or very low support needs. Must be able to manage tenancy with minimal support. No local connection required.

Young single homeless 16-35 with support needs. Must have a local connection to Ryedale. No pets.

Homeless young people, care leavers. No local connection required.

Single, homeless young people aged 16-25 with low – medium support needs.

Short-term supported housing for individual men and women between the ages of 18 and 65. Drug and Alcohol support, budgeting, DV support groups, Art groups, Music groups, Men and Women's separate support groups.

Single homeless people with low support needs. No local connection required. Can accept people with dogs.

18+ single adults with support needs that include mental health difficulties, substance misuse, learning disabilities. Will consider housing couples but with separate Licence agreements. House dogs in agreement with a pet welfare contract provided by the service. Local connection required but assessed at point of referral at the council.

Single homeless women with low support needs. Local connection is required.

Single homeless people with medium support needs. Local connection required.

Single Homeless People with special needs (addictions, mental health, learning disability, rough sleepers etc).
