Single homeless people aged 18+ with support needs. Must be willing to engage with the support service. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Braintree District Council area.

Single homeless females.

Single homeless people with medium/high support and care needs. Can accept people with a dual diagnosis. Must have a local connection to LB Tower Hamlets. Wheelchair users age 40+ can be accepted.

Supported accommodation spaces funded by LBN to deliver support to single adults with low / medium support needs.

Single homeless rough sleepers with local connections.

Single homeless. No local connection required.

Single homeless people with low support needs aged 18+. Prioritise applicants moving on from Regent House and those with a local connection to the Medway area.
