New Hope House is a dry house aimed at supporting people in recovery – accept referrals regardless of whether people have had a history of drug or alcohol use, but ask everyone in the service to be abstinent at all times. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Watford, Three Rivers or Hertsmere.
