We supports single people up to 65 years of age with a range of complex needs including experience of homelessness or rough sleeping, substance misuse and/or mental ill health. Applicants must have a local connection to Croydon.

Homeless or vulnerably housed people. Can accept couples and rough sleepers. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to Bassetlaw. Can accept people with dogs.

Single homeless people with support needs. Must have a local connection to the Newark and Sherwood district of Nottinghamshire.

Single homeless people with support needs, including people with drug or alcohol problems, mental health problems or ex-offenders. Must have a local connection to Blackpool.

Wrap around care for 40 people who have been found sleeping rough and have complex needs. Clients can be housed for 2-3 years in the move on accommodation to give them the opportunity to rebuild their lives through longer-term housing stability, paired with the essential support they need to take the next step to break the cycle of rough sleeping.

Single people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Local connection required. Can accept people with dogs.

Single people who are homeless or in housing need with support needs, including those with alcohol, drug or mental health problems. Must have a local connection to Peterborough.

Single homeless people with a history of rough sleeping who have high & complex support needs. Applicants referred via HOST must have local connection.

Single homeless people with support needs, including those sleeping rough, women escaping domestic violence, refugees and those with alcohol, drug problems and/or mental health issues.
